This workshop changed my life.  I know that sounds extreme, but it's true.  I have lived in, and traveled to many beautiful places in my life, but nothing could have prepared me for the extreme beauty that is Taos, New Mexico.  Combine that with one of the finest plein aire instructors you are ever likely to encounter, and the experience becomes an unforgettable week of heaven on earth.  Rich Gallego is an amazing painter - that's all I knew about him when I signed up for his workshop, but I soon discovered that he is also an amazing human being and a gifted instructor. 
He will work with you right where you are, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned plein aire painter. 
And be forewarned, watching him paint comes pretty close to a religious experience.  I have participated in this workshop twice (so far), and it has far exceeded my expectations on both occasions.  Also, for those of you who are bargain hunters, you won't find a better value for your money - this is top notch instruction in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
