DEPOSIT AND FINAL
PAYMENT:
A $535 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration.
$585 is then due June 20, 2008. The remaining balance of $575
is due 45 days before the start of class (August 5, 2008). You
will be sent one invoice after registration. Failure to pay
the amounts when due will forfeit your place in class, so PLEASE,
mark your calendar. We are not able to send out reminders, and
if we do not receive your payments on those dates, we will be
forced to cancel your registration and forfeit your space in
the class. Please help us avoid this possibility and mark the
dates for yourself.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The original deposit of $535 is not refundable. No
exceptions can be made to this policy, including personal or
medical emergencies. All other amounts are refundable (less a $40
handling fee), if you cancel in writing 45 days or more before
the start of class. Otherwise, all monies are forfeited. In the event of a cancellation by the school, you will
be notified at least 30 days before departure and receive a
full refund. TAS is not responsible for any non-refundable travel
arrangements or other deposits. We recommend the purchase of
travel insurance.
RECORDING: Audiotaping, Filming, Videotaping, or other recording
of workshops is not permitted. Photography is allowed for personal
use only. Prior permission must be granted in writing from the
TAS office for any Editorial or Commercial use of class content
or experiences.
INDEMNITY: I agree to accept full responsiblity for any and
all injuries or damages resulting from my voluntary participation
in the activities of TAOS ART SCHOOL and to hold the school,
its officers, staff and representatives, forever harmless from
any action, claim or liability. My signature guarantees that
I have purchased sufficient medical insurance for this trip
to cover any emmergency medical attention I might require.
