DEPOSIT AND FINAL
PAYMENTS: A non-refundable deposit of $365 is required upon registration.
The remaining balance of $2,000 is due in 4 installments.
You will be sent one invoice after
registration. Failure to pay on time will forfeit your place
in class, so PLEASE, mark your calendar. We are not able to
send out reminders. Please help us avoid this
possibility & mark the dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The original deposit is non-refundable.
No exceptions can be made to this policy, including personal
or medical emergencies. We cannot be responsible for any non-refundable
travel arrangements you make. In the event of a Class cancellation
caused by the School, you will be notified at least 30 days
before the scheduled class and receive a full refund. In the
event of a cancellation caused by events beyond our control,
such as Adverse Weather, or, a Political Situation, you would
receive a partial refund except those possibly lost on non-refundable
deposits made on your behalf. We highly recommend that you purchase
Trip Insurance.
DOCUMENTS: Participants will be required to provide the TAS office with the following documents: proof of medical insurance; passport information; emergency contact information; flight information for airport pickup.
RECORDING: Photography and videotaping is allowed for personal use only, any editorial or commercial use must
be cleared first with the TAS office. Prior permission must
be granted in writing from the TAS office for any Editorial
or Commercial use of class content, images or experiences. Enrollment
constitutes permission for TAS to use photos and videos taken
during TAS activities for promotional purposes.
INDEMNITY: I agree to accept full responsibility for
any and all injuries or damages resulting from my voluntary
participation in the activities of TAOS ART SCHOOL and to hold
the school, its officers, staff and representatives, forever
harmless from any action, claim or liability. My signature guarantees
that I have purchased sufficient medical insurance for this
trip to cover any emergency medical attention I might require. |
